Actually . . .
Gratitude. Choice. Sharing. Simple practices that make now better.
Gratitude — Giving thanks for all that is good right now. I am thankful for this breath, our cars, the money in my accounts, the comfort of my home, the health of my family, this day that we get to engage in, and each breath I take—all right now, beautifully under grace. Thank you.
Notice the Options — When I notice I have options, I feel empowered. When I recognize multiple points of interest, I feel excited, knowing I will never be bored because there are so many things I get to do. Actually, I do not have to do much—very few things. When I see it that way, I feel like, “Oh, this is cool.” I can choose this thing or choose that thing—lots and lots of choices. Not overwhelming, but exciting, because there is so much fun to be had. And I choose.
Share — Share our time, our attention, our resources, our tangible things. All of these are the sharing of who we are—the greatest gift.
Love — Simply come from that place of love within. Next, pair that state of being with trust and faith.
